This blog will deal only with my culinary art pieces, consisting mainly of cakes and cookies. The main function of this blog will be to showcase my work as well as to offer my tips of the trade. A lot of what I have learned is by experience, and I am not here to say its the ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to do things. What I post here is to be taken as my own opinion.

As with all trades, I am constantly learning new things and improving on previous knowledge, and I hope to share what I learn with anyone who reads this blog. I hope to set the tone of this blog as creative, interesting, and fun.

I take my work seriously and I appreciate any and all respectable critiques.
