I love creating these types of cupcakes. Trying to figure out the best way to make them look like the animals they represent is fun!
When I set out to make the dogs and cats I had a purpose in mind. I wanted to create a tutorial for other people to learn from. I went through each stage of making the cupcakes and took pictures. Building a tutorial was challenging, but I was very glad I did it in the end.
My favorite part about making the dogs and cats are the little dog bones and fishes I put in front of the animals.
I wanted to use a light brown color for the dogs and a sandy orange color for the cats so that the colors would compliment each other.
*Sweet Advice: When making these cupcake animals a large part of making them look so good is attention to detail. Don’t try to rush and be patient!
*Sweet Change: When I make the dogs and cats sometimes I add pink for the ears.
